MEET Stacey Krantz

Stacey Krantz is a passionate real estate professional with Coldwell Banker Real Estate Group, proudly serving Fort Wayne, Roanoke, Huntertown, Columbia City, and the surrounding Northeast Indiana communities. Originally licensed in 2018, Stacey built strong momentum early in her career and reactivated her license in 2026 with renewed energy to help clients confidently navigate one of life’s biggest decisions, buying or selling a home.

As a lifelong Fort Wayne resident, Stacey truly loves the community she serves. A graduate of Indiana University Fort Wayne, she brings deep local knowledge and a genuine connection to the area. Her background in real estate, mortgage services, and real estate investing gives her clients a well-rounded, strategic advantage throughout the entire process.

Stacey began her professional journey with a degree in education, and that foundation still shines through in how she works with clients today. She is passionate about guiding and educating every step of the way so her clients feel confident, informed, and empowered from start to finish. Known for her responsiveness, positive energy, and client-first mindset, Stacey is dedicated to making every experience smooth, supportive, and enjoyable.

Outside of real estate, Stacey is a wife and proud mom of two. She loves spending time with her family, gardening, and staying active through group fitness. She is also passionate about giving back and enjoys volunteering in the community she has always called home.
